No Returns, No Refunds Policy

Custom and Personalized Items

Due to the nature of our products, being custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or other refunds on any items once an order is placed and confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, including all custom details, such as names, dates, sizes, and design choices. If you notice any errors after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes if production has not yet begun.

Damaged or Defective Items 

While we do not accept returns, we will gladly replace items that have arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives in this condition, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Please keep all packaging.
